Yugibrary is a personal open-source project developed by unarbre. This site is provided free of charge, with no warranty of any kind.

Hosting

The site is hosted on a personal server. The publisher cannot be held responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or any other hosting-related malfunction.

Intellectual property

Yu-Gi-Oh! is a registered trademark of Konami Digital Entertainment. Card images, names, and associated texts are the property of their respective owners. Yugibrary is neither affiliated with, endorsed by, nor sponsored by Konami.

Card data is provided by the public API of YGOPRODeck. Yugibrary is not affiliated with YGOPRODeck.

This project is made for non-commercial purposes, in an educational and fan-service context. In case of a claim by a rights holder, the concerned content will be removed promptly.

Personal data

Yugibrary only collects information strictly necessary for the service to function:

• Email address and username (for authentication)
• Collection data (cards owned by the user)

No data is transmitted to third parties. Passwords are hashed (bcrypt) and never stored in plain text. You may request the deletion of your account and data by contacting the developer on GitHub.

Limitation of liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this site. The service is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty.

The user accesses the site at their own risk. The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
